Thank you for your interest in working for Oakmont Home Builders. Due to the volume of Contractors currently looking for work, we have created a process to help us streamline bidding for our projects.

In order to be considered as an Oakmont Sub-Contractor, we ask that everyone submit pricing for both a ranch and two-story home, in order to be considered. The construction drawings for these two floorplans are listed below:

Ranch: Brookdale

Two-Story: Windsor I

Once you have prepared a bid for our review, you may fax that bid and information on your company to Fax #: (704) 366-7576.

*Please be advised that you/your company must have proof of Worker's Compensation & General Liability Insurance to be employed as a Sub-Contractor for Oakmont.
